Crossover is a free browser-based loan calculator. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

1. What Crossover does

Crossover calculates an amortization schedule — the month-by-month split of principal and interest — from the loan amount, rate, term, and optional extra payment you enter. All calculation happens locally in your browser. There is no account, sign-up, or login.

2. Not financial advice

Crossover is an illustrative calculator, not a financial, legal, or lending recommendation. It does not account for taxes, insurance, PMI, closing costs, or the specific terms of any real loan offer. Figures are estimates based on the inputs you provide, not a quote from any lender. Always confirm actual numbers with your lender or a qualified financial professional before making a borrowing decision.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Crossover to misrepresent loan terms to another person, or to present its output as an official quote, offer, or binding calculation from a financial institution.

4. No warranty

Crossover is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the calculator will be error-free, match every lender's exact rounding or methodology, or be available without interruption.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crossover and its operators are not liable for any damages, financial or otherwise, arising from decisions made using figures produced by this tool.

6. Advertising

Crossover may display third-party advertising, including through Google AdSense, to support the site. If active, these ads may use cookies to personalize content and measure performance — see our Privacy Policy for details on what's currently in use.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.

8. Governing law
